just because you took herm's information in exchange for remaining quiet when things went wrong...here's how you work a corner even when you like herm, think he can be a good coach and still want to get information from him....

    my hand is so necessary.

Did I miss what was remarkable about this column? Players gripe about how it went, and coach had no answers. And?

I was amused by the title of this thread. But it didn't live up to its potential.

Sort of reminds me of those commercials for the Joy Luck Club.

and can we stop perpetuating the myth about parcells and his teams stepping up in big games?
his last quality playoff win was in 1996, for christ's sake.
his team's have been consistently melting down ever since.

  7. yes, imagine that. a columnist/writer who wants people to read his work and talk about it. it's a really novel approach.

Or the alternate take: Somebody so insecure that he's peddling columns for approval on a message board. It's a really tacky approach.

Even though spnited has locked this thread :) , I will say that I thought the column was good, but lost a little gusto when he mentioned that the KC receivers dropped darn near every pass that hit them in the hands...

Maybe Boom will master the quote function by his 13,000th post :)

EDIT: Previous post by Boom apparently deleted...
