Fitness = Midlife Crisis?

    This group seems a tad defensive.
    Again, working out and wanting to be healthy is not really what's being questioned.

    I have to say that my weight loss and improved fitness were motivated by being 48-1/2 and realizing that I was going to be Fat and Fifty if I didn't do something.

    You really think people would judge you for losing weight in your 30s? I'm sorry, I just don't get what you're saying.
