    The real tragedy in this story is it probably means more air time for Screamin' A and Rob Parker sitting across the table from Skip.

    The police report says he was snorting the coke off the back of the toilet tank... just plain nasty.

    That is the true shame in all of it.
    He can buy coke, but has to resort to blowing it off the back of a toilet. I've been in a few Atlanta bathrooms, and I can't say any of them passed the, um, sniff test.
