    If I had a daughter, I'd lock her up July 19, when Mike Reno and the lads come to East Providence (the highway billboard features the "Get Lucky" cover art).
    After catching them on Fox & Friends yesterday, I wouldn't mind a Smithereens tour, although Pat Dinizio, shall we say, fills the lane these days.

    I heard a commercial today for an REO Speedwagon and Atlanta Rhythm Section concert in a nearby town.

    Twenty-five years ago a typical stop for REO would have been in a venue like Joe Louis Arena, which happens to be where they're playing on August 23.

    In '08, they're also playing in Pittsburgh; Columbus, Ohio; Reno, Nevada; Champaign, Illinois; Texas Motor Speedway; Aruba; and such stellar locales as Interlochen, Michigan; West Allis, Wisconsin at the Wisconsin State Fair; Duluth, Georgia at Wild Bill's; and Cumberland, Maryland at the Firefighters Sportsmens Bash.
