First Pat Summit, now Bruce Pearl ...

... getting divorced.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee men’s basketball coach Bruce Pearl has filed for divorce from his wife after 25 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.

That Pearl and Summitt are going to get sex change operations and take over the other's team?

My parents have been married for 27; I couldn't imagine them getting a divorce.

 

Just an observation from way afar now ... I'm a little surprised he's the one who filed.

 

Maybe she didn't sweat enough for him.

 

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe now she'll get a chance to contribute to a conversation, since Pearl (whom I mostly like) won't let anyone get a word in.

 

Now that the ladies of UT have seen bruce with his shirt off, they've given him oportunities that, much to Mrs. Pearl's chagrin, he's taken advantage of.

 

Looks like they need my help over at the UT athletic complex.

 

this will be fun if it goes to court. But I think he'll give her $4-5 million and quickly settle.

They have seemed pretty cozy in public.
