Some of these skits are eerily prophetic. The one with Chevy and his gay partner ... the muppets living in nuclear waste ... happy suburban people waving guns ... Carlin ripping on airport security.
The current SNL needs to hire a writer named Nostradamus.

Holy moly. Billy Preston's butterfly collar puts Janis Ian's to shame.

Now a razor skit, complete with pictures shown on this site earlier today?
How did writers from 30 years ago know about Diabeetus' shaving thread??

I don't think I've ever used a razor with less than three blades.

I just remember Janis Ian re-doing "At Seventeen" for the Howard Stern Show, making fun of jerry Seinfeld and his fling with Shoshanna Lonstein.

This episode has been a great trip back in time.

An eerie trip back in time in some ways.

I'm pissed that I missed this. I've been wanting to see it again since the first time I saw it.

Damn. I don't suppose NBC.com is going to make it available in 24 hours, eh?

I bet sales of Janis Ian music are up 150 million percent this week over the week before.
