This isn't the greatest news but it beats the crap of the other negative stuff going on in the business.
A story in E&P says that total advertising revenue for the newspaper industry is expected to decline 11.5% to $40.1 billion this year.
The Newspaper Association of America, which put out the story forecasts that by 2009, ad revenue declines will fall 5.5% to $37.9 billion.
Hey it's better than another $40.1 billion hit. itnhttp://www.editorandpublisher.com/eandp/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003869691

Payola does wonders. But seriously, I only post the ones that I think will benefit those on this thread. I also go to other sources but of late, it's been E&P. And like I've always been told, it is the Bible of journalism.
