Zicam is a miracle drug. I was skeptical until I actually tried it. It's unbelievable. About $10 per bottle, but it's well worth it if you hate colds.

Two Vitamin C tablets in the morning, OJ all day, Jack Daniels all night, sleep it all off.

Yeah, that is pretty good combo

Here is my personal arsenal when I cold/flu hits.

    1.) Garlic tabs
    2.) Airborne &/or Emergen- C
3.) Zinc Lozenges (and decent brand works fine)
4.) Saline nose spray (kills tons of germs)
5.) Brush teeth a lot, floss 2x per day & hit Listerine 3 times a day (also kills tons of germs)
    6.) Drink lots of fluids
    7.) Sleep

Note: The airborn/ Emergen-C has megadose Vit-C in highly absorbable form & Airborn also has Echinechea (sp?)

I also have other weapons in the fight if needed to be deployed but that is a strong start and serves as the base of my therapy

The bill is in the mail - lol

    Good luck,

    John

Strip down naked and step outside. Since global warming cannot be denied, you're sure to sweat out your cold within two hours.

If you develop any sort of chest or head congestion, I highly recommend Mucinex. Get the stuff with pseudophedrine in it for head congestion. That stuff had me feeling great in hours.

You laugh, you conservative twit :D :D :D but I'm convinced GLOBAL WARMING made me sick as a dog last month.

It went from 72 to 36 in 48 hours. By the time the temp bottomed out, I was full-fledged sick.

BYH, you have to realize that the 36 is what made you sick, not the 72. :D Actually, I've had summer colds before. They suck worst than winter colds sometimes but at least it's easier to sweat them out.

But I bet if it had stayed 72 you wouldn't have gotten sick. So what's wrong with Global Warming?
