Makes me want to absolutely stab my eyes out.

How can two people be more irritating in a movie?

Fallon and Barrymore are pure, pure evil.

And to think, My Date With Drew is one of my favorites.

Eccchhhhhh.

 

Fallon's irritating and has sucked hard in almost everything, Band Of Brothers being the only exception. Hollywood seems to have figured out that overall, he's not money — hasn't had a movie out since 2006's Factory Girl, which is probably why he was so easily available to replace O'Brien at 12:30 a.m. when Conan takes over The Tonight Show.

 

Watch the original, with Colin Firth, and read the book by Nick Hornby.

 

My favorite book by one of my favorite authors. Damn, it almost made me a soccer fan.

 

Nick Hornby is my favorite author, but this movie just so turned me off from the idea that I never could bite the bullet.

I've never seen the original anywhere, but I do love Colin Firth.

 

Horrible, offensively bad movie.

 

Lets put it this way, the book as about Arsenal football club, not some poncy bunch of Red Sox.

True, but Hornby managed, God knows how, to make them seem a little bit human.

I really liked Fever Pitch, both the original and the Fallon version. Not sure why people hate it so much.
