    Reading up on Boone and yes, he is often conflated with Crockett in popular culture because of Parker and the TV series. Different time and totally different personality. Parker basically reprised his Crockett character on the Boone show. And of course, the theme songs of each are similar.

    Did you know Boone was born a Quaker in Pennsylvania?

    Having all the nimrods go on and on about their Boone & Crockett scores doesn't help.

    One of our enduring family stories is about the day Dad's cousin Kent got his head stuck in the bars on the windows at Crockett's birthplace.
