You'll see one of M's best efforts of the season. Though at that spread, it may not matter.

If they don't play any better than they did against Kentucky, they'll lose.

But they can play better (obviously), and should, and probably will.

A&M is by far the worst team in the Big 12. Not saying Tech is legit, but aTm is really fucking bad.

This is how they celebrate big wins in Toledo!

Just think what they'd do if they beat someone good.

You might be right. I have a hunch KU losses this one, but stuns Texas next month in Lawrence.

    In theory, yes.

Ole Miss will be a good test, but not really a trap game. Most Bama fans are more nervous about this one than the trip to Knoxville. Snead may be able to complete enough passes that it won't matter when the Rebels can't run the ball. But this is still going to be a double-digit Tide victory.

In a normal season - meaning, if Texas A&M was just another boring 7-5 team - I'd take the Aggies to beat Tech this week. I kinda thought that would be the case going into the season.

Not so, now. Tech will put 60 on the Dear Ol' Ags at Kyle Field.

As for Baylor at Okie State, don't count the Bears out. And remember ...

    FEAR. ROBERT. GRIFFIN.

    AND.

    KENDALL. WRIGHT.

    That's what Florida thought.

Florida played Fenian's favorite Confederates the week after winning in Knoxville, back when it was thought defeating the Vols indicated something greater than the ability to fog a mirror. "Open" doesn't have that same panache.

Besides, Houston Nutt tends to psyche himself out for Bama, which now has a competent coach able to fully exploit that tendancy.

The closest matchup in the Bama/Ole Miss game involves comparing helmets.
