And John L. gives a great explanation for that...

Clemson v. Wake: Great game. Clemson could wallop them.
Okie v. Texas: Take the over.
Minnesota v. Illinois: Last-second field goal.
    Michigan State-Brainiac U.: Sparty wins by 14.
Notre Dame won't score a point on Carolina.
Tulsa might score 85 vs. SMU
Penn State scores 40-plus on Wiscy
    Florida-LSU ... eh, who cares.
Okie State v. Mizzou: Could be 63-62.

Penn State all the way. Wisky can't score, or stop running QBs.

dools, please don't make it a bowl game. the Irish can't win one of those, no matter what color their uniforms are. I'm still hoping here.

Yet Clemson, at least the arrogant fanbase, has no trouble refusing to respect Wake Forest. Arrogant ... and baseless arrogance at that.

Hoping Wake Forest runs the Tigers into the FieldTurf in Winston-Salem ...

Texas Tech will hang 70 on Nebraska ... again.

Yup. Mike Leach might really have some fun this week. And if some people thought Graham Harrell's stats against K-State looked like something from a video game ...

'Fun' is the key word, I think. I don't think Leach is malicious or has anything particular against Nebraska. Putting up huge numbers is just fun.

Mike Leach has enough of a perspective on life in general not to be malicious. The fun part is seeing some so-called purists slam his brand of offense.

Talk about fearing what one doesn't understand ...

I don't see one posted yet, but I'd guess 75-80 would be about right.

Shit. Last week, Nebraska's LB coach was bragging about a "secret" game-plan that would work.

I'm guessing this week's game-plan is double secret. Tech will never know what hit it.
