Watched bits and pieces... field looked like the curtains at my grandmothers house -- threadbare and worn

    Don't forget your power towel.

    Bring it to every game.

Boise ripped the team that beat Mississippi that beat Florida. Wacky.

Um, I have no idea what you were really watching, cause that field is brand new and about as pristine as a football field gets.

    I have pictures.

La Tech beat Mississippi State. Ole Miss beat UF. Big difference between the two this year.

I was in that stadium when the Smurf Turf was being replaced this past summer. As proud as Boise State is of that stuff, there's NO WAY they're going to let it wear out or let a national broadcast expose that stuff.

Speaking of UA...oops, AU....has Tuberville axed the spread all together? Mobile and Huntsville, using the same writer, are saying he has, but they're using the same interviews as the rest of the state, yet no one else is reporting this "news." In fact, Birmingham is reporting the exact opposite. Interesting.

Headline writers at all three papers are having an interesting week.

    I said it once.

    I'll say it again.

No way in hell is Tony Franklin at Auburn next year.
