    My pleasure, Casty. I'll also bet there are another dozen or so great opera singers we're missing on this thread. I'd love to hear some recommendations along those lines.

    First off, I don't consider Sarah Brightman an opera singer. She's a pop singer with high notes and can't be heard without a microphone. Some great female opera voices:
