    I hated, hated, hated spending every summer vacation in Florida at my grandparents’ retirement community, from the YOU MUST BE 65 TO PLAY SHUFFLEBOARD to the swimming pool heated to a temperature hot enough to boil hot dogs to the lack of anyone under the age of 62 within a mile of the place. Publix made the trip tolerable.

    It has the only Starbucks in Boone, NC, so I hit it up a lot when we’re down there on our annual visit. Otherwise it’s pretty ordinary.

    Chipotle has to be the most overrated “popular” chain. Every time I go there my food is about two degrees above frozen.
