Toasted shredded wheat with melted butter.

    Soft-boiled eggs over Cherrios.

Life. Wheaties. Corn Flakes. The basics. None of that sugary bullshit.

Wheaties and Rice Krispies. But with Trader Joe's "Joe O's" costing only two bucks, that's all I buy. It tastes ridiculously better than Cheerios, and is cheap as hell. No need for anything else.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch is and always will be the real breakfast of champions.

A dentist's dream come true, yes, but it's the finest cereal on the market.

I always though Tequila and a Snickers bar was the breakfast of champions. But maybe that's just me.

By the way, that's a great pre-wedding meal.

Frosted Flakes, about 10 years ago, started literally making my teeth ache. So much sugar.

Cocoa Krispies was what made my baby fat last until I was 18.

Now my fave is (and I know it's marketed as a chick cereal) Special K with red berries. The freeze-dried strawberries are better in this than in any other cereal. Do yourself a favor and try it.

The Quaker Instant Oatmeals are pretty good.
