In that same vein, I suggest people not eat huge amounts of the blue-colored and yellow-colored tortilla chips offered in the pressbox at Edward Jones Dome for Rams games. Ugh.

Complete with "Flesh-eating bacteria in every box."

Just watch out for those jagged, metal O's.

I'm eating a lot more now with my diet.

Banana Nut Crunch is way up there. Life's an old standby.

Favorite cereal: Four eggs over-easy, sausage patties (3), biscuits and sausage gravy, four pieces of toast.

Actually, my long-ago favorite cereal was called Stax. Can't find them anymore. But damn, they were good.

Favorite now is Cream of Wheat.

Cream of wheat, the poor man's Grits or Oatmeal.

I could never muster down the Cream of Wheat. It was so thick and had almost no taste, although I didn't add anything, so I'm at fault, too. More power to you.

Yes, I would think that would have about the same effect, if you get my drift.

I love cereal, and lots of different kinds.

But Fruity Cheerios is not one of them. Gag.

These organic Lucky Charms knockoffs from Mom's Best have really hit the spot of late. Otherwise, my cereal choice is governed by the phrase "5 for $10."
