He was in Temple of Doom, not Last Crusade. He was the guy who puts Indy on the plane owned by Lao Che.

I can't believe I am about to admit this because I loath the guy....

Another cameo that is worth mentioning is KFed on CSI as Pig, the criminal. He fit the character to a tee.
Bob Barker and Gilmore's scuffle at the golf course is one of the best movie moments in my opinion.

Will Farrell was solid in Wedding Crashers.

Kittredge's sidekick in "Mission: Imposible" was one of the main characters in the TV series. Dude's name escapes me.

And Stephen King has managed to make a cameo in almost all of the movies that have been spawned by his books, IIRC

Great call. And another porn legend, Nina Hartley, as Little Bill's wife.
"Bill, your embarrassing me," as she's getting boned by some guy in the driveway.

Board favorite Roger Clemens in the Farelly Brothers' "Kingpin."

It took me a few seconds to realize who it was in that bar scene, and then started busting a gut. My dad was watching with me and didn't recognize him, and started looking at me like I was going insane.
