    This is why:

    Mr. Johnson, who also was treated at the Fulton County Health Center, was wearing a seat belt, but at least four of the five in the Mealer vehicle were not, troopers said.

    Tragic, sad, devastating...they all apply. But damn it! Wear your fucking seatbelt...some of that could have been avoided.
