Fashion's Blind Spot: Why doesn't the industry recognize it has a race problem?

    Just a guess but that designer's line might feature those colors -- for (relatively) normal couture.

    For many designers, runway ensembles are "statements of artistic vision." They are routinely modified for wearability before showing up in stores.
