Who knew that the Lakers' locker room was a war zone?

This should be posted on the thread where no one can get a girlfriend because they work long hours and weekends.

That was the Wizards' locker room last season.

To establish a number, we need to know a good deal more about her.

Wow. This guy actually proposed over the phone. You could even hear the girl saying "Wait, you're proposing to me over the phone?" Miss, that is a huge red flag.

And I love how Ron Artest was saying "You got engaged while reporting."

Uum, no, Ron. This guy is not a reporter. He is a jock ass-kissing wannabe and I can't believe they give locker room credentials to scum like this. What an ass. I hope she cheats on him with Luke Walton.

Does anyone think it's funny that Moddy hasn't chimed in on this thread?

Don't athletes think most reporters are dorks?

That's a good question. I don't know if dork is the right word. I think in most cases there are a couple who like you, a couple who hate you and the rest are indifferent. If you know what you're talking about they don't really look at you like you're a dork.

I think you almost have to be a little bit of a dork at heart to do this job. And I think athletes realize that and see us all as dorks.

It's not a bad thing. It makes it more understandable why we write criticisms in the paper and strive for objectivity (even if it can't be attained) and ask oddball questions for features.

We're dorks, and we're comfortable with it.
