They're supposed to try and delay them until the police get there by not bringing their food or bringing the wrong order. At least it's that way here. I used to get stuck in the line at a fast food place because they were trying to keep a drunk driver from going a couple of times on my way to work.

It doesn't mention he was the spokesperson for the asshole's family. It says he was a spokesperson for the family, and I believe that means the victims...

Gagnon's family did quite a bit of talking in this... would be kinda stupid for the attorney to speak for the victims then switch to the killer... oops, alleged killer.

Wouldn't any judge who didn't get their law degree from Strayer College prevent that from happening?

I guess if he was "retained" as the douche bag's lawyer, then I guess that means he was a spokesperson for his family. I was just reading the sentence wrong, I guess.

He's remorseful; judge calls him dangerous... which is closer to the truth?

Michael Gagnon, 24, was sentenced this morning in Lucas County Common Pleas Court in Toledo. He faced five counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and two counts of aggravated vehicular assault.

In May, he pleaded no contest to charges that he killed Jordan Griffin of Redford Township and four others in the accident on I-280. Three others, including Jordan’s 8-year-old sister Sydney, were hurt.

I'm sure he'll be "well cared for" in prison.
