Facebook: You can cancel, but you can't leave

    Apparently you can cancel your facebook account, but your info remains on their servers for many, many months afterwords. In one case, someone canceled their membership and several months later was able to be tracked down through their empty facebook profile.

    Sounds like it might take a pedophile getting hold of some "expired" information, for Facebook to take action here. I hope it doesn't come to that, though.
