I have tried several times in the new profile thing and cannot add a new hometown or current city. I guess I will forever be homeless to Facebook.

My Yahoo account was compromised a few weeks ago. I sent my contacts a link to a Canadian pharmacy, with Viagra being the featured pill. My poor father opened it first and alerted me to the situation. To bring this full circle, I posted an open apology and explanation on Facebook.

I'm like the OP; I have an account but only log on maybe once a week. The last time I logged on though it said my account had been accessed by someone in Australia and I needed to go through this whole security thing to answer my security question, change my password, come up with a new security question, etc. Pain in the ass and a little scary. Luckily it doesn't look like they posted anything but if they can hack into my account who knows what elese they are capable of doing.

Anyone else having problems getting on to FB this afternoon? EDIT: It seems to be back up now after several minutes of just a white screen ...

Facebook has crashed, due to the rollout of new material, something like that.

I wonder if there's a Facebook Fallout Shelter.

They put you in charge for a day??
If so, see you in 19 days Facebook.

I couldn't get on to my work page for a while today. Then I couldn't get on to my own page. Then both looked odd. Then they went back to normal.
