    This. There's no evidence cited there that he was viewing child porn beyond the stabber's self-serving claim that he was looking at "young girls", a term of significant ambiguity in these circumstances.

    Perhaps we ought to await some actual evidence before maligning the murder victim here.

    Sounds like a case of justifiable homicide. If I'm looking at porn with the wife around, I'm asking for it. Sort of like the guy who takes the SI Swimsuit Issue to bed with him.

    Umm, in no case does looking at porn lead to legally justifiable homicide...

    I suppose she might have an incredibly flimsy provocation argument as some kind of an excuse, but not bloody likely...

    My problem with the story is it seems to make a sound after every sentence like I woke up (noise) I got out of bed (noise) I went to the kitchen (noise), etc.
    Also, if it was a breaking news story, I wonder why you would include a couple of reactions from neighbors when that can be done in a complete story.

    I am done (noise).
