ESPN's "Year of the Quarterback" running thread

    I viewed it with suspicion when I first heard about it, but I must say that the Kenny Chesney-produced documentary that aired tonight, "The Color Orange" about Tennessee's Condredge Holloway, the first black quarterback in the SEC, was outstanding. Anybody else see it?

    Conredge was a bit before my time (my grade school foto shows me wearing a Jimmy Streater jersey) but it's always good to hear John Ward.

    The story about the Expos offering money above the table vs. UT offering money below the table was excellent. The whole documentary just points out that when a child is raised right, it shows!

    Too bad I couldn't see this. I watched a ton of Holloway's games in person and on TV in the CFL. I'm going to have to find this online.

    It airs again tonight at 11 p.m. Eastern on espn2.
