    I read it, TSP.

    Still.

Like you have any room to talk about injuries with Adam "Crap, my arm fell off again" Miller on your team. :D

Adam "The Heat Miser" Miller would strike Pedro Alvarez out 100 times in a row pitching with his left hand.

I thought only Cole Hamels could pull that off (with his right hand, of course).

That, and the whole playing for the Pirates thing.

Anyone with Insider care to look up where the Tigers' Ryan Perry is ranked?

Reimold can fucking rake. Great power hitter.

I'd been aware of him since he was a teen-ager -- because of his basketball skills. He was the go-to guy for one of Pennsylvania's state dynasties, Kennedy Catholic.

Didn't realize what he brought to the table in baseball until last summer. But man, rope after rope after rope when I saw him.

Reimold is a streak hitter and for some reason the O's aren't very high on him (he's going to be 25, about time he gets a shot). Meanwhile, Wieters hit better in AA than A after being promoted. He hits for a high average, walks, has decent power, calls a great game, has a great arm ... yeah, I can't wait until June when he gets called up.

Is the playing field at JMU a launching pad? I ask because of that amazing season Kulbacki and Michael Cowgill had a couple of years ago.

It's been years since I've seen it, JD. All I know is that I always thought of Kulbacki as more of an average guy, and his final-year power numbers in Harrisonburg knocked me on my ass.

Yeah. I was keeping up with him in 2006 when LSU's Quinn Stewart went on a home run binge and was among the national leaders. Kulbacki finished with 24. Stewart and Cowgill each had 23. All season I was thinking, "What is going on there at James Madison?"
