This story means something because he was actually part of a World Series Yankee team. [/boom 70]

Fucking Yankees. They're all a bunch of press whores. Anything to get a clip, huh, Jimmy?

20-25 years is a good starting neighborhood.

    Drunk? Refused a breath test?

    Bonus points.

xx on the edge xx is right, so I'm removing my previous post. The family of the other person involved likely doesn't care about the rest of Leyritz' life, and it was poor form for me to trivialize their loss.

"The Miami Herald reported that according to the Broward County Sheriff's Office, Leyritz has been charged with two counts of drunken driving, including one count of DUI that causes death to a human."

Lord, why was he still allowed to drive?

I don't want to type this glibly, but he once told me story about wanting to fight Randy Johnson. It was a pretty good story, but we were bellied up to a bar sucking down Jacks and Coke when he told it. This was back in 2002 or 2003. I don't remember him getting hammered that night, though.

    No, I was not either.
