    Because NC Tech is one of the few teams left in America who doesn't have a contract with ESPN and thus they are one of the few teams left in America ESPN can investigate

    I presume any "prep school" fielding a "big-time" football or basketball team is an academic or extra-benefits fraud. That goes for most of the parochial schools too.
