Two Pulitzer Prize winners hired in a span of a few months. That is not chopped liver.

Steve Fainaru has joined ESPN’s distinguished enterprise and investigative reporting team as Senior Writer, ESPN Digital and Print Media. His work will be seen across all ESPN platforms, including ESPN.com, ESPN The Magazine, ESPN Radio, and TV. His hiring marks the second Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist to join ESPN in the past three months, following Don Van Natta’s hiring in December 2011.

For one minute there, I thought ESPN was bringing back that longtime exercise show in the morning... I forget the woman who hosted it...

Getting Fit with Denise Austin, of course.

Maybe they could hire Denise for the investigative unit, too.

Sigh, how soon they forget abut Kiana's Flex Appeal. (Although Sal the Platinum Man is nowhere to be seen in this pic.)

Don't forget Fitness Beach, the show that introduced us all to Leeann Tweeden.
