Fu?k Kentucky. He can get the same type of players at Florida. The Wildcats' mystique and all that other crap is just that, crap. Right now, Florida is the big dog. Kentucky is the chihuahua.

Gainesville is not the world's sweetest place to land. Well inland and flat as a pancake, except for the occasional hummock. Can get good and cold in the winter, and in the summer it's all sweat, mosquitoes and palmetto bugs. This ain't South Beach we're talking about, folks. If geography and weather is going to reign, I claim it's a tossup with Lexington at best.

Listening to Billy Munster's coach-speak, he clearly hasn't ruled out Kentucky.

I consistently wonder if all these people who say Gainesville is such a great place have actually been to Gainesville.

Gainesville or Lexington. Both are fucked up choices. Gainesville wins because you can retreat to civilization quicker and you are close to a beach and the weather. Your case.

Wait, there are people who don't like those three things?

boots: Lexington is civilization. Gainesville is near it.

Lexington would get my vote in this battle.

What IJAG said. I've been to both. Lexington is much better. Better weather (for the most part), better people, etc.

Having lived in both. I pick Gainesville. It never snows there.
