If no one is interested, I'll ask the Mods to delete or lock it...

I recently got a 2007-08 ESPN desk calendar with daily trivia on it. The first few questions seemed easy enough, although when it comes to golf, I'm a bit lost.
It's an 18-month calendar starting in July.

July 1 -- What sport refers to the ball as a horsehide?

July 2 -- In 1983, what Red Sox player hit the first grand-slam in the history of the All-Star Game?

July 3 -- The Wishbone offense consists of the quarterback and how many running backs?

July 4 -- What Scotsman won the 1999 British Open with an incredible 10-shot final-round comeback?

July 5 -- What team won the 2006 Super Bowl? (uh, duh?)

Was this a gift, or did you actually have to pay for it? If you paid for it, I think you wasted good money.

July 6 -- Why should you kick a field goal on third down?

Do you get a Berman nickname o' the day on each date?

Last time I checked, Tiger Woods isn't Scottish.

    That would be Paul Lawrie.

That was the one you took exception to?

Perhaps the sarcasm font should have been used...

Knew it was a joke from the beginning. Bobby Orr?

  12. Maybe he thinks the other answers were correct.
