Just saw that ESPN has dismantled the Content Development group, eliminating around 25 jobs, according to Sports Business Journal (and others). Pretty sure that includes some TV stuff, book publishing, and I don't know what else. Anyone know anything about this?

ESPN cared enough about content to have a department of content? I'm stunned.

I wonder what this means for Colin Powell's daughter, Anne, who IIRC was involved with the Content Dept.

BTW, the Numbers Never Lie show is pretty good.
