    I actually bought her first one (a set) back in October when she had found her favorite. She didn't think I was proposing until next year. But a few weeks ago she decided that one wasn't her favorite anymore, so I exchanged it for a solitaire (not a set).

    I found a one carat solitaire at Helzberg for two grand. It was the one she wanted. Looks good.

    But now she doesn't have a set, so these new rings are going to be about a thousand more than the one she originally wanted. Sheesh. That hurts.
