I've never understood why Boston Legal gets so much Emmy support...

    Amen.
Anything with the Shat in it never gets any credibility with me.

It's bad enough that Shatner in it. But the guy has actually won a few Emmys for being in it which blows my mind...

I've always liked Spader as an actor, but I never liked that show at all...

  4. The Glengarry subtext on this thread is intriguing and I am proud to be its father.
    Good father?
    Fuck you.
Go home and play with your kids.

Spader was okay...he acting highlight was aired on CBC on Friday: Sex, Lies and Videotape. That reminded me why I am not a keen fan of his work.

That watch costs more than your car. I made 970,000 dollars last year, how much you make?

    Third prize is you're fired.

Actually, according to today's LA Times, none of Field's censored words were technically profane. Certainly, Fox's professional censors were aware of the 2004 FCC ruling that specifically stated no objection to the use of "god damn" on TV (in response to the uproar over Bono swearing at the Golden Globes in 2003 where he used more colorful language).

Here's a link to that ruling:

I'd wish you good luck, but you wouldn't know what to do with it if you got it.
