At my parents house out of state and their TV is acting wonky. The living room set picture is screwing up - but only on network affiliate channels. Other channels come in fine. Further, the affiliate channels come in fine on other TVs in the house. All are on Charter cable boxes, and they don't have a dongle to just let me broadcast from laptop. Any clue what could be going on?

Try reset. Unplug box and then reboot
