Whatever happened to the guy who every post he made was just a line from A Few Good Men?

I sent this link to a buddy of mine who is an ex-marine. He had just finished telling me a story about an athlete trying to goad him into a fight and calling him a "tough guy marine machine."

I told him he should email a copy of it to the jock in question.

His response to this story? "That is the best thing ever," quickly followed by Semper Fi.

In America, you have the right to mug some old man without getting your head snapped off. It's what makes this country great.

If mugging victims start killing the muggers, the terrorists have won.

True, but elderly also has the connotation of being frail. If you were describing a 70-year-old triathlete, you probably wouldn't say elderly unless you were making a point of doing so.

Next time ask your buddy if he likes being called an ex-marine?

Point taken...but it was the best way to describe the reality of the situation.
