WTF is this crap? Are they trying to hide the fact that your slave labor goes to fund old man Hagadone's ginormous yacht?

Hungry Horse main school Columbia Falls is the biggest school in a classification (A) that ranges from 809 to 118 students.

With a dominating advantage like that, you had better win ... and have readers.

I really wonder what award they've won.

That would be the Pulitzer Prize, friend, in 1965. http://www.pulitzer.org/awards/1965

And I could be wrong, but I feel like this little paper gets a lot of recognition for design and its coverage of native issues. So I'd imagine there have been other awards in there.

As for outdoor recreation, you're in the Flathead Valley, minutes from one of the most beautiful destinations in the Rocky Mountain region (if not the country) Flathead Lake. Kalispell is your nearest "big" town. A metropolis it isn't, but people have been known to give up urban lifestyles for a little slice of Montanan heaven.

Great skiing, water activities in the summer, hiking, hunting. This IS an outdoorsman's paradise.

Also, agree with earlier poster who pointed out the Hagadone omission. What's up with that?
