Bless David Gregory filling in on Hardball... he asked Capus the question Olbermann was afraid to.

Thank God that swine Matthews is on vacation.

So, are advertisers now going to remove themselves from Time-Warner?

    The Sopranos' greatest hits:

    Butter heads...

    C*nt....

    Mulignon....

    N-word....

Hooo-ah (Ralph Cifaretto style... not Al Pacino)

    Towel heads.....

that's just 15 seconds off the top of my head.....

    This happens often, unfortunately.

Presidential candidates appearing with Chris Rock any time soon?
GE giving Chappelle an interview show?
NBC News putting together a crime drama?
Journalists doing their stand-ups with Sasha Baron Cohen?
    Apples and oranges.

I do think it was kind of a slimy move by MSNBC to pull Imus today. Couldn't they have waited two days for him to finish his radiothon for sick kids? Just pull the show when he goes on suspension and never bring it back. Now they've only hurt sick kids and really haven't done anything about racism. Congrats for your empty victory over racism. All it took was some more suffering by kids with cancer to accomplish it.

They did, and that's where the problem between Mel and Sumner began. Mel would always target Sumner in dodgeball, and Sumner never forgot that. He waited years to get even, finally doing so after the merger, when he marginalized Mel to the point that Mel left.

MSNBC is free to put on the air whatever programming it thinks is best. I have no problem with that.

And I can skip right past that channel and all the others the parent company own. I've got plenty to choose from.

I've never made a contribution to Imus's radiothon. I think this year would be a good year to do it.

Call me a cynical bastard, but the radiothon got more publicity due to this story. The fact that MSNBC dropped Imus the day before the radiothon probably helped bring in donations.
