    Question for the wine snobs on the board. My journalistic mentor, who usually sends out crazy stories (he lives in Florida, so go figure), posed this question to me:

    What kind of wine would you serve with such a meal?

    At first, I was leaning toward a Pinot Noir: not overpowering, not too robust, but good with meat. But a friend pointed out that since this is white meat -- technically Asian -- you'd want a Pinot Blanc or a Riesling.

    I think "fortified wine" might be best.

    I know human meat has been referred to as long pig, but would human meat really be white meat?
    Seems like red meat to me.
