He's pretty much what I would expect from a former baseball player.

I have no idea why, but baseball players as a whole are much bigger assholes than NFL, NBA and NHL guys are combined.

I think it is HBO's worst series premiere since Carnivale.

Worse than The Life & Times of Tim? I don't think so.

I love the Life and Times of Tim. I liked Carnivale too. Tim is way better than Eastbound and Down.

Better.... I'll watch another episode, but it is still near life support from me.

I do like Katy Mixon, though.

Two episodes in, I'm still waiting to be impressed.

Ferrell was not at all funny, even in a bit part, which doesn't bode well.

Watched both episodes. This show is horrible. Not even mildly funny. It's Arliss bad... but not even as entertaining. If they want to make it into the random HBO channel show you find at 3:30 a.m., because it is cheap to make, maybe. But this is not Sunday night destination TV the way most of the other HBO series are.

Finally got around to watching the first two TIVOed episodes.
I was disappointed and cancelled the remaining recordings.
I can't decide if they were going for a let's be so weird people will laugh thing, like Flight of the Conchords or if they really thought what they were doing was actually funny when it wasn't.
    Just not funny.
