There is no truth to the rumor that Andrew Guiliani is suing Osama bin Laden because he can no longer drive range balls from the South Tower's 110th-floor observation deck into the Hudson.

Was that really your 1,911th post? Freaky.

Thought it was a 2,000th-worthy post, BYH?

No, I thought it ironic--in the Alanis Morrissette term, which of course means NOT IRONIC--that post 1,911 involved the words Bin Laden.

Pretty amazing how RudeeGee was THE man who would be tough on terrorists, but couldn't-and can't get his son to actually behave in public.

Not all of them, F_B. Understand the spirit of the joke, but that's a little close to the line.

Having said that, do you think for one moment that this lawsuit would be newsworthy if it weren't for the lacrosse disaster? Me neither.

Of course it would. It's Giuliani's son suing Duke. That's a story with or without the lacrosse case.

It's also an athlete suing a school for his being cut. It's an interesting story on a lot of levels.

    Spoiled? Privileged?

    Nah.

    Not much.

Think Dad didn't even know about this until the suit came out?

I thought he and the kids don't talk since he married this current wife (her name escapes me).
