A principal at one of the high schools in our area was arrested for DUI on Sunday. We posted a breaking news story on our Web site and our Blog (BLOGS!!!) has since gone insane.

The principal was pulled over for doing 17 over in a 35 at 9:30 Sunday night and his BAC was almost twice the legal limit. Plead not guilty.

Some of our bloggers have posted asinine comments, saying it shouldn't have been breaking news on our site and he's only human and made a mistake.

You'd have to read them all yourself just to get the full effect, so go to www.thenewsenterprise.com and read this: http://thenewsenterprise.com/articles/2008/04/22/news/news01.txt

The link will change sometime overnight, so change the .txt to .prt if you'd like to read the story.

Poindexter just kicked his cat because the principal wasn't a.) female and b.) blowing a 12-year-old special needs kid as she drove.

I'm just surprised that's breaking news anywhere. Probably more surprised than I should be is more like it.
