    Fortunately for the man, stupidity is not against the law, he (the officer) added.

    “It’s probably a good thing that it isn’t. We wouldn’t be able to write enough tickets.”

    Hamilton says they didn’t lay drug charges because it was a small quantity of marijuana.


    They took away his stash of course--that's the real reason they didn't lay charges. :)

    He smoked a joint to his head but wasn't impaired?
    He either has an impressive tolerance or lame weed.
