    Dude is soooo lucky. I know three people who had a brain aneurysm and two died immediately (one was 27, the other 39). Third one got lucky, he was literally in a hospital when it hit, doctors told him that if he was outside the hospital walls, he would have died. This is truly the silent killer I fear the most.

    Have another friend who was/is an amazing athlete, a triathlete, and he was at the gym feeling unwell and went to the hospital. Turned out wasn't quite an aneurysm, but something leaked in his brain. They never found the leak.

    He was in ICU for several weeks, couldn't walk and it took a while (month or longer IIRC) to walk again, let alone anything athletic. Several years later, he's great but it was yeah, long recovery.
