drawbridge workers loafing on the job

    I also don't see what the big deal is. To me, it's kind of like closers in baseball. As long as they do their job in the 9th, what does it matter if they are watching TV in the clubhouse in the 4th?

    But it's not fair to us hard-working stiffs in the private sector! We have to work for eight hours, not seven hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds! If we slack off for 20 seconds, we get yelled at! If we do it again, we get docked or fired!
    It's not fair! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Waaaaaaaaaaaaa!
