After almost four years of research, Dr. Barry Bonds finally discovered a cure for the epidemic disease within the world of sports journalism called hater-itis. Dr. Bonds certainly deserves to be praised and honored for all of his hard work and dedication. The world of baseball will forever be greatful to him. 757 and counting. Howyalikeit?

Wasted breath but....I will point out here as I did to JDV. Actually breaking the record does absolutely nothing to vindicate Bonds. Not one thing.

The haters gave it everything they had and Bonds was still able to overcome the adversity and prevail. In fact, he gave the haters back love in return. After Bonds set the new home run record, he was humble in his expression of his tremendous admiration of Hank Aaron. He also voiced gratitude to his teammates and the fans as well as his deeply felt respect for the game of baseball. Bonds handled the occasion well.
