    Same can be said for the approximately 1,462,809 American veterans from the war still living in November 2012, according to a Department of Veterans Affairs estimate.

    It's going to be a very sad day when the last one goes.

    RIP to a real hero.

    And on another note, can you imagine having to wait four months to retaliate for an attack in today's world? The media would be having a shitstorm that we weren't getting revenge two hours after the attack.

    We didn't have the technology back then to send cruise missiles up Hirohito's ass like we have now. If we'd had, nukes may never have been necessary.
