That card earned me about 20 seconds of fame back in the day.

I worked at a big sports memorabilia store and just so happened to be behind the counter the couple days after the furor surrounding that card really hit. I was interviewed by the local newspapers about it and even on a local TV station for one of their reports. Pretty heady stuff for a 16-year-old.

The funny thing about it was there were 40-year-old guys coming in buying packs and boxes (all of which had skyrocketed in price) that had never before done so just to try and land some stupid card with the word FUCK on it.
