Don't drink and buy puppies

    This pet shop is in the West Village in the midst of a bunch of bars, and the drunks apparently like to look at, pet or buy the puppies in its window after tying a load on. Owner says no more.

    98% of the board will be relieved to hear that drinking and killing kittens is still OK.

    Chihuahuas in a West Village puppy store is almost a cliche. I bet those poor puppies get stuffed with more than pills.
